Avocado Butter

Another great recipe from Missy. 

Approximately two avocados
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 ounces butter
1 garlic clove 
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons cumin

Mash together. Wrap with parchment paper. Freeze.
